Please take a REALLY close look at the values. Are you ready to live them?

Your typical day at Digistore24
  • You start the day with a cup of coffee while you outline your daily routine and the day's goals.

  • It's time to check the progress of the sprint and take part in the Team Daily Call. The developers report on their progress and blockers and you are on hand to help them with any unclear requirements or changes to priorities.

  • In the subsequent refinement call with the developers, Quality Assurance and UX designers, you present new feature requests to the team. You then update the backlog based on the developers' assessment.

  • For the next few hours, you allow yourself the luxury of turning off all messengers to immerse yourself in your passion project: Together with the Head of Marketing, you have defined a request for a blog feature in our Coachannel software. Now you create the first draft, write the first user stories and prioritize the requirement in the backlog. The product roadmap, which is derived from the company's goals, helps you do this.

  • Back at your desk, you jump into the design call. Our designer presents you with her design for a new feature and together you work on further improvement ideas to make the product as user-friendly as possible.

  • You then summarize your results and coordinate them in a call with the dev team.

  • Shortly before you finish work, you discover a Slack message from our event manager, who needs information from you about the upcoming team retreat. You'll be traveling to a new country and meeting your international team in person!

  • You set your Slack status to “Away” and turn off your screens with a good feeling: You've learned a lot today and helped hundreds of thousands of SMEs digitize their business!
